The history of our company begins in 1967, when Athanasios Giannakos with his family establish ABIK ABEE, starting the export of Greek Fresh Fruit mostly of the Citrus family in Europe and in the former Eastern countries of Europe.
In the 70s, the company invests in building an extension of the factory in the area of Poulakida and also in installing a new compost production line.
During the 80s, the company proceeds towards the construction of a new factory in the 3rd Km of the costal road of Nauplion – New Kios in which fresh natural juices of fruit, citrus concentrates and fruit pulp from peach and apricot are produced.
In 1999 the next generation of the Giannakos family takes over the management of the company under the name < Argolis Juices S.A>. The company now specializes in the production and processing as well as the marketing of fruit juices, mixtures, and aromas. One of the most significant tasks is the development and production of bases which are intended for the food and drink industry.
In 2016 the company invests its money in fully modernizing its facilities in order to be able to seamlessly continue to provide high-quality products and in order to continue to be competitive in the global market. The company < Argolis Juices S.A > aims at providing products and services that meet all health and safety requirements and comply with the standards laid down by both the National and the Community legislation. Among the immediately achievable objectives of the company is the constant modernization of the plant according to the technological developments and requirements in juice production and packaging technology of the concentrated juices. The company is staffed by renowned and well- trained people with long experience in the field, through continuous training and ensuring of optimum operating conditions. In this way, it aims at further development and growth. Since the company respects the environment it continuously takes measures in order to achieve minimal intervention and the least possible pollution of the atmosphere . The company has installed a sewage treatment plant since 1999.
